CANCELLATIONS

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a color or cut appointment. We ask for 7 days notice to cancel or reschedule a Keratin straightening or Japanese thermal reconditioning service.

 

If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, just give us a call. We may have to move you to the next available appointment. We will do our best to work you in upon your arrival.

 

We have a 4 hour cancellation policy. Meaning you can cancel/reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time without charge. After 4 hours will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services.

POLICIES

No shows/no calls will be charged 50% of the amount of the scheduled service.

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks.

 

If any children will be present during the service, please ensure they are supervised at all times for their safety.

 

Please advise us if you have any potential skin allergy, health concern, or injury that is relevant to the service.

 

Artistry reserves the right to refuse service if a client has any skin condition or health concern not previously disclosed.

 

Artistry is not responsible for any items left behind in the salon.

We make every effort to ensure that you enjoy your services before leaving the salon. If for any reason an adjustment needs to be made, we will do so within two weeks of your appointment.
